For advisors considering a move

Understand the dealer decision and the support relationship that follows it.

A move can change tools, staff routines, service routes, and the day-to-day rhythm of the practice. Use an initial conversation to separate those questions before you make a decision.

Why the Stiller relationship?

The first contact is Lu, not a generic support queue. She helps turn the approved dealer process into a practical plan for the advisor and team, follows through after orientation, and brings in Matt for growth, operations, staffing, capacity, continuity, and succession coaching.

Advisors at another dealer can explore moving to Investia and joining the Stiller branch. Your client relationships, business decisions, team responsibilities, and professional obligations remain your own. All dealer and branch changes are subject to Investia's approval and applicable processes.

What the path can look like.

The first conversation is exploratory. Any move proceeds only through the applicable Investia process.

01

Clarify the fit

Start with your current operating pain points. Separate dealer-level questions from the branch-level support you expect after a move.

  • What remains independent: client relationships, business decisions, team responsibilities, and professional obligations.
  • What needs to change: dealer tools, service routes, team routines, and approved transition steps.
  • Why the Stiller relationship: Lu-led implementation, follow-through, Matt's branch-owner context, and peer connection.
02

Plan the approved next step

If an Investia conversation makes sense, the advisor follows Investia's applicable dealer, registration, and transition process.

  • Keep early conversations general and non-client-specific.
  • Route dealer, registration, supervision, account, and transition matters to Investia.
  • Identify staff roles, timing, and operational questions that need a practical plan.
03

Build the first 90 days

After an approved transition, branch support focuses on putting the plan into practice rather than leaving the team with a one-time orientation.

  • First 30 days: role-based orientation, tool access, workflow and routing priorities.
  • Days 30 to 90: staff follow-through, workflow cleanup, peer introduction, and coverage readiness.
  • Ongoing: recurring peer meetings and practical support as the practice changes.

Ask the questions that affect the practice after the decision.
